The US Army Transporation Museum at Fort Eustis, Virgina, had a haz-mat inspection some years ago. The inspector found some of the A-stuff leaking from its steam locomotive located outside. When he left the property he had padlocked the whole outside exhibit area with his own padlock. They could not reopen the area until they took care of the A-stuff.
