Californai Narrow Gauge Museum(?)

April 30, 2001 09:39AM
Back in the 1970s there was a group of this or a similar name . They turned out several plans of Carter cars . I remember they were large scale .They also purchased a boxcar from Scenic Railways. I heard once they had several car bodies . Nothing has been heard from them in many years . Phelan is in the high desert between Cajon Pass and Victorville . It was once a station on the ATSF. I didn't know they took on the Oak Hills name ,that was no doubt bestowed by a recent developer .
