I went back to see if this subject had been covered before in the archives but what has happened to the few remaining pieces of rolling stock from the Montana Southern that were in Montana. It would seem a great way for the Sumpter Valley to acqure rolling stock or possible trucks. Does anyone know if some of the rolling stock was acquired by local residents and could be salvaged. Just a thought.
