Thanks to all of you for your responses. I will be there next summer and have always wanted to do more exploring of the grade. I have all of the aforementioned books except "Logging Along the Rio Grande" which I am desperately praying for a reprint. I have thoroughly explored P. Jct and even came across several artifacts from the sawmill but have always been intrigued by the branch and the logging RR's Besides you gotta love any passenger car with a cupola!
