Stephen,
I wasn't pointing fingers or laying blame. Simply observing that the ongoing soap operas with Colorado narrow gauge railroads seems to be unique to Colorado, for whatever reason. Last year it was the C&TS this year it's the GLR. Other railroads like the EBT, Tweetsie, WP&Y, SVRy, etc., don't seem have the problems endemic to Colorado railroads. Perhaps Colorado railroad operators could examine the similarites and differences which allow the other railroads to focus on operating a succesful railroad instead if wasting time managing conflicts.
