That is correct as of 20 years ago +or-.
#60 and Coach 70 were deeded to Clear Creek County. CHS is talking to Idaho Springs for use of it for the loop.. But Unless the County turned it over to the city sometime since... It is owned by the county.. The issue of ownership came up when the city wanted to move it and put it behind the relocated school that became city hall. After the court hearing, the city was not able to provide proof of ownership.
