Not really. The Georgetown Loop is a historical name and even though the Ashby's have the GLRR Inc. I seriously doubt that they will continue to call their operation that wherever they end up! It's probably best just to leave the name and all that it entails to the CHS. I mean, why even bother? Even if the Ashby's were sucessful in a challenge to the trademark what would it change? (Also, it would just be more money wasted...)
