Mike,
Sorry for not responding sooner.
Our tankcar 187 was moved by using a forklift and lifting the empty tank onto a flat bed. We have access to some heavy equipment when we need it so moving is not much of an issue.
The current problem is storing it on site, I am not sure it will be moved until we have the flatcar built for the car.
I'll ask about it tomorrow when I am up at the museum.
