That sucker really sounds great going up the hill too! On our America By Rail-Heartland video, Les Jarrett and I shot this engine in 1994(gosh 10 years ago now). They had a tune-up run before the regular run and we rode that for some extra footage, plus shot several more runs, and put it all together in a nice 5-minute piece on the Omaha Zoo Railroad. We were impressed with this authentic Austrian engine doing a good job on this little railroad. We joked that it was probably the hardest we heard steam work on the trip at that point.
Kevin, you are lucky to have this railroad in your back yard. Keep up the good work training, and stick with the books in school too. School will take you a lot of places too, although it may not seem like as much fun of course as running the steam engine.
