The Flintridge & Portola Valley is indeed in Portola Valley. It was on the convention layout tour. It is a 2-1/2 inch scale, 7-inch gauge (I think) railroad that connects two adjacent properties. The railroad is jointly owned by the two property owners. When I was there they operated models of West Side Shay No. 15, RGS Goose No. 6, and D&RGW diesel No. 50. They also had K-27 No. 464, though it wasn't under steam, and two C-16 No. 278's, which are under construction. A pretty neat place. I have attached a photo of the Shay.
