Not directly related to the convention; I was on the site for the convention though (although its mostly modeling, I was curious to see what went on). There was something about a 2.5" scale narrow gauge line on there...the "Flintridge & Portola Valley Railroad". I was curious as to, by the name, if this was in Portola Valley, CA? I'd guess it was if it was involved with the Santa Clara convention. It would be sort of interesting considering there's already the PV&A at Jacques Littlefield's ranch not far from the military tanks collection. I have never heard of this line before...but have been up to the PV&A a few times...neat place. (last time a lot of the track was being relaid though, compared to the other time we went). Beautiful equipment, and accordingly they have a 2.5" model of the West Side #15!
Thanks,
Ed Kelley
