Weyerhaeuser Mill A was the original Bell Nelson Mill on the waterfront in Everett. Mill B was built along the river followed by Mill C. Mill B & C were connected by the 30" gauge railroad. See my article in the March/April 2003 Narrow Gauge & Shortline Gazette on the history of the railroad.
