It made me think of a shot of a squirrel conference I shot. They must be saying something about this osprey like, "what are we going to do about this guy".
It's really just one squirrel, taken on a tripod, multiple shots and cloned together. By shooting from the tripod, cloning was easy as the background didn't change.
