Had we not had the evolutionary change- a diesel or 3, oil conversions, a few bridges replaced here or there- the change would have been revolutionary. And that would have been bike trails, etc. My last trip to CO had me driving the west side of Rollins Pass. It was neat, but I'd rather have Cumbres or the Animas Canyon with rails, and deal with minor changes.
