Not an entirely new idea, Roger -
I know of a wild-eyed foamer from California who once ordered a 5-gallon can of Cab-Forward smoke from E&H Hobbies in Philadelphia, but they wouldn't deliver such an environmentally questionable product to anyone under 18 and he was only 12 or 13 at the time. . . .
