I just googled the railway and see that it's all gone, I gather except for a tiny remnant in Johnson City, operated as the East Tennessee Rly. We visited a couple times to see steam in the early 1960s, per the thread here. [

It's too bad NG #s 9 and 11 weren't saved, but always be thankful that 12 is still with us. Will have to make it down there sometime to have another visit, but will make sure 12 is running first. Would be interesting to see the reinstated track in the Doe River Gorge as well
