I wasn't distinguishing between operating signs and ROW signs and I'm not familiar with how all the various signs that the RR placed along the ROW belonged into one category or the other. I was referring in general terms to D&RGW signs along the ROW that are on the valuation maps. I don't have my map set with me so I can't for the time being look at them to cite examples of signs at particular places.
