Rio Grande Wedge Plows

(Picture from the C&TS archives.)Based on a lack of giant wedge plows at places like the D&S, C&TS, CRRM and other museums, is it safe to assume none of these snowfighting devices exist? Drawings for them wouldn't happen to exist, would they?
Also, did the Rio Grande ever apply these plows to the K-28s? Cannot tell if the plow is actually mounted to 476 or not in the picture below.
