In 2008 I "re-shot" several of my 'Last Real Freight' photos taken of #498 forty years earlier, with fond but faded memories my only guide as to location. Not my fault that the side of the highway in '08 was several feet farther above the tracks than the old dirt road had been four decades before . . .
