Then you have Positive Train Control, inward facing cameras in cabs, security cameras at every work place, etc.

Then there are harassment complaints. New rules regarding that subject were coming on strong at my employer just as I was retiring, and I am glad I just missed them. With the "me too movement" it seems like a man takes his career in his hands every time he even says "good morning" to a (mostly but not always) female co-worker.

But it's the way things are going to be going forward, and it's way better to be ahead of the wave, instead of behind it.
