Frederic DeLongchamps was an architect working out of Reno and designed a number of public buildings in Nevada and eastern California as well as private buildings::

Several county courthouses in Nevada and at least two in California (one being the 1914 Modoc County one in Alturas)
Public school buildings in Nevada and California
The Nevada Building, at the 1915 Panama–Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco
N-C-O depots at Reno NV, Alturas CA, and Lakeview OR
N-C-O general office building in Alturas and two adjacent residential structures
Several buildings on the University of Nevada, Reno, campus.

The Special Collections at University of Nevada-Reno holds a collection of drawings, etc (including those for the employee cottage)
