Happened here once on the C&TS. Back in the tender an engineer relieved himself right onto the bib of his overalls. The overalls went away in the firebox but the embarrassment fades slowly. Don't ask, I won't tell. As for taking a leak, it happened just a couple of weeks ago and the Channel 13 helicopter caught it on video. Caused quite a stir in the newsroom but did not make the prime time news.
