Having been a consultant for CF&I Steel, I am familiar with those locos. First of all, they are not 3' gauge, but 20" or 24". Second, they are tiny things, probably not over 5-10 tons. As I remember, one of them is a Davenport and another of foreign manufacture. Providing they can be regauged they might work as a shop switcher, but not much else.
