The equipment at Knott's doesn't count if the OP is speaking about California narrow gauge cars, not narrow gauge cars in CA. Not sure of a complete list but here are some.

C&C business car/caboose #2 is preserved in private hands. History and status here.

Don't forget the Esmeralda Brian!
There are several other C&C/SP cars surviving. Note all in CA, but still. Another list here.
