print on demand publishing

There is at least one publishing house that is print on demand. There is a menu of options you can pay for or not and it is a high cost for one book (the initial one).
Once paid for, any others can be listed so even Borders and Barns and Noble can order it from the publisher if the want.

I have not used them yet, but I have been looking into it.
