I don't know about recently, Rob -

But there was a long thread posted just over four years ago starting at [ngdiscussion.net] that featured most of Ernie Robart's photos of the two-day trip.  SFAIK only the few miles between Gato (Pagosa Junction) and Dulce – where there was no road until after the railroad was abandoned – escaped his camera.
