Thank You for the link, Graham -
Processing my order was VERY slow — I was in a bit of a hurry last nite and gave up after waiting nearly five minutes for the "cart" page to show up. Having wanted a copy of Bob Church's
S.P. 10-Coupled Locos for a long time, I tried again this evening and after several LONG waits between different stages of the process managed to get 'er done, along with a copy of David Myricks' Railroads of Arizona, vol. 6 (Jerome),* and then within a few seconds got an e-mail confirmation.

* A friend and I had fresh-cooked doughnuts for breakfast in Jerome before visiting the Tuzigoot Indian National Monument at Nohitsnorunsno, Ariz. on our way back to college in 1961 or '62, so it took about 60 years to order that book. If the shipment doesn't transfer from one carrier to another as often as the website slowly jumps from one processor to another it may arrive while I'm still around to read all about the narrow-gauge RR that IIRC once connected Jerome to the ATSF in Seligman.
