Ah see my memory failed me as to the original location, I thought it was further north.

I guess my thought was more that it could be moved to the west of the tracks for the museum, perhaps somewhat across the street from the library or just north of that, otherwise I don't see how the freight section could be rebuilt (not that that it is in the cards, but I figured it might be once its your HQ).
