At last - I found it .... the Gazette issue, that is.

The article is entitled: CRS TRUST [D&RG] STOCK CARS BUILT to the STANDARD OF 1881

It is the centrefold in NG&SL Gazette March/April 2019, Volume 45, Number 1.

My previous offer still stands for part of that information..
