Flatcar 9600

Here at the SVRy we have a set of D&RGW trucks that have #9600 painted on it. My question is where is the 9600 flatcar today. I have a book that says its now one of the C&TS passenger cars and other information that says that it is on the D&S. Which is correct?
The really odd part is that I believe we got these trucks from the WP&Y so I am wondering how the 9600’s truck ended up in Skagway? Any ideas?
