Thanks for the photo!
Aside from being just another log train, I can't help wondering what prompted the various people in the photo to be at that location, and how they got there. While I suppose its possible
that the women shown were crew members, it seems unlikely. But the small child in the arms of the furthest man sure isn't a crew member. 
Did they live there? Ride there in the engine cab? Walk up from a caboose? Or??
