Jimmy,
With head scratchers like these it is no wonder I am losing my hair. The width of the valley brings to mind the set of charcoal kilns at Nathrop or at Snowden near Kobe on the DGRW. But then there was a set of kilns down in the valley at Pando. It looks to me that these are new construction and the guys are "painting" or what ever that white covering is. New kilns were white.
