Bill is correct about the cut down NG C&S stock cars. I don't think that's an inverted 2 on the end of the car. I think that's shadows playing tricks. One of the 2 bolts on the end car is casting a shadow at the same angles as other shadows in the photo.

This is the RGS, so the CAT is off center. It's fine.

What is really sketchy is the giant wood ramps to unload the 5 ton, RD4.
