I gave a secondary camera to Jeremy and Carlos in the third engine(484), and they tried to shoot some video. They found out how hard it really was with all the bouncing around. We used a little bit in the final version. Cool that both those guys are still there now. I think the first time I remember Carlos was on the 91 rotary, as he was fireman on one engine. First time I saw Jeremy he was working the 97 in 484. Glad I did those three rotary runs in the 90's. Not much can top that stuff.
I went to this location because I was in a spot where I could get it going around the Coxo curve to my left, and get it coming out of the trees(Still shot). Its a pretty long walk up there from Coxo but there were a few hearty souls. I was fortunate to have a guide on a snowmobile who had my gear behind him, so all I had to do was drive mine. It was always nice to have a place to sit while waiting. I had several friends come by and ask to sit on the seat. Also nice that the snowmobile owner brought food for lunch. After Coxo, we just slowly headed back down toward Coxo shooting across the valley and around Windy point. Then we ditched the machines and drove to Cumbres. Then would fall through the snowpack and had an instance fox hole!!!! The most dramatic stuff was Windy Point, and plowing up at Cumbres.
