The problem I see with most narrow guage railroad calanders is that most of them are published with very little thought to content. They would rather cram them with the same old photos (subject content)of the Durango to Alamosa line and the Farmington Branch as they are the most plentiful. There are an adequate number of photos of other areas of Colorado to last a life time. I know as I have lots of color slides from the 40's & 50's that I have purchased from Chione and other individuals. I own very little D&RGW in slides that cover Durango to Alamosa but have lots of RGS, D&RGW Third division and some C&S. Sundance has a better calander for subject matter but I hate the contemporary stuff they include. I hope that maybe they will read these messages as we are the ones who buy the product. If they need new photos they can contact me. Now to get off the soap box.
