No Way would I advocate painting a DD-35 green, Bill -
As stated MANY times previously – apparently to no avail – IMHO, the only locos who should be painted green are those which were so painted by the railroads which owned them — such as the K-37s when they first came out of Burnham shops in 1928 and '30. And as to naming a loco in your honor, the committee would first have to decide whether to use the original moniker "High Commander", Willie's Irish variant "Haich O'Mannder", or your own Irish/French (Canadien?) version "Haich Omandier". Knowing how long it generally takes typical committees to decide nearly anything of such momentous concern, such action is unlikely to occur humously
