I think Bruce's idea has merit considering Big Al's role. Since Big Al is a utility item painting it in creative colors that brings attention to CRRM might be very appropriate. Maybe Big Al could become a marketing tool for the museum and/or encourage more donor participation. Maybe the museum could solicit visitors for painting ideas. Maybe the broncos or rockies would significantly sponsor the purchase if the engine were in their colors. Or maybe a Class I would sponsor if it were in it's colors? Possibilities are only limited by the imagination.
