Re: Copy of DRGW San Juan abandonment filing

I have a copy of the ICC decision served on July 25 1969. It is 27 pages so tough to post here. The file also has various other documents starting with the order authorizing hearings served on March 28, 1968 and ending with the certificate and order for abandonment served on December 29, 1969. However I don't think it is complete, there were probably more documents that I did not get copies of or failed to save. These will eventually end up in the Friends' archives, or at least that is my plan.



In reviewing the docs i realized the best reading is not the decision but the examiner's report and recommendation, which is incorporated into the decision by reference only. The examiner's report contains more detail and analysis. The examiner's report was served on August 16, 1968. What I believe I do not have are one or more examiner reports subsequent to his original report and recommendation dealing with various protests, which apparently did not have enough merit to change his original recommendation for abandonment.
