A couple of years ago I posted of list of decisions printed in ICC Reports, at least the ones I knew of. as to 1962 vs 1967, the decision handed down in the 1st was only about the attempt to abandon the Silverton branch in preparation for transferring it to a non-profit group (failed) while the later filing involved only the Antonito-Durango Main and the Farmington branch.
