Just one question, Olaf -
The second of the photos posted above appears to have been taken where an old "road" to the Big Horn section house crosses the tracks at roughly m.p. 287.5. If so, did your clip continue on to show #493 crossing the low trestle located just south of the crossing until it was replaced by an uhg-yooly corrugated culvert in April or early May of 2010? (See last photo on [
ngdiscussion.net].)

p.s. The location described above was the proposed site for the village of Trolleisen, where the notorious troll JéBêWèX had his/its summer quarters under the trestle while waiting to capture any antelopes or mountain goats that happened across. I assume you were able to approach the crossing in the same dark blue VW Beetle that has been featured several times in photos here on the phorum.
