Yes they are. In fact the new storage buildings are built on the site of the front portion of the Stone Garage.

As for the Tenement building, well that was a rather large stone structure and would be very expensive to recreate accurately. Think of it on the scale of building another stone roundhouse and then some. Some have suggested building a wooden structure to the same size as the original and then add a stone veneer to make it look like the original. Either way, IF we ever tackle that building, its a long ways down the list.
