I agree, I probably dont know as much about railroading as I think. Maybe I will get lucky next year though, and get an interview. I like to think of myself as mechanically inclined, since I am a certified auto mechanic, and have worked on many peices of equipment such as farm tractors, commercial mowers, etc. I just wanted to get my foot in the door, to gain some experience. I dont know if you guys have volenteers that help out, but if you ever need volenteers, I would be more than happy to help out.
Anyways, thanks for the info, I had no idea that the whole railroad was almost abandoned. I hope someday they may open back up the closed section of track.
