Hoss; Cameras are like computers, they are absolete before you get home. My old Sony FD
Mavica uses a disc. and it would take a fanny pack to carry it. At my 150 lbs a 15 1/2 x 33 shirt does just right but the Mavica sure won't fit the pockets.
Back when no one would know what a Digital Camera was, I carried a couple of 120 twin lense all over
NG country. Sometimes, as was not unusual then, I carried 3 cameras. B&W, Slides and Color Neg.
. One or two of the fans had a bracket with 3 cameras arranged to all shoot at once. Kodak could have made a profit sponsoring NG trips.
On top of that a couple of us cooperated
on making tapes but our recording stuff wasn't exactly portable beyond the fact that we did make a cart to set up in the baggage car.
How'd you like to do all that again ?
