AFAIK, by the time of the Oct. 4 1970 Antonito-Chama excursion, it had been applied to 483, 0503, and 04982. It will take some research to see when the herald was changed. In the meantime, here is 484 departing Osier on June 27, 1971 with the second C&TS passenger train (the press excursion). 484's shiny new paint job clearly has the original 1970 herald (these early trains still had lots of people riding in non-standard places, it looks like John Oldberg is standing on the left by the doghouse):
