I rode for the first time about 15 years earlier - June 30, 1979. Nobody took a photo of me in the cab, but I did get a cab ride, and got this photo looking back on everyone who didn't:
One of my friends borrowed my camera and snapped me with his little brother Paul in the Silver Plume yard. Paul is the one on the far left in the front of the first rider gon in the photo from the cab.
