Looks to me like they wrote on the tin covering asbestos sheets behind the stove, be aware that those and on the tin on the ceiling will be asbestos.
EPDM is the way to go for roofs, no seams whatsoever and so far caboose 2516 in Cheyenne has stood up brilliantly to massive hail and snow for at least 5 years.
