Who is narrating the 3rd video, the one of Earl's expedition?

Edit: some digging and it's Les Jarret. I thought I recognized the voice: there was a video from the late-90s he put out called "The Alphabet Train," featuring all sorts of footage as kids learned about ABCs and railroading. Not to make anyone feel their age but I was obsessed with that video as a little kid and it was my first exposure to the C&TS. Now I know who's responsible!
