WOW ! Ernie sent me these photos after 484's re-railing, but this video really brings this recovery operation to life. A pretty impressive balancing act and line-up job getting all the wheels positioned properly back on the rails. Thanks for posting the link to the video.

The most ice we saw on the trip was attached to the Osier tank, not on the track. I understand that the ice patch that derailed 484 was caused by snow mobile traffic
