Well, I could make a 3D Printed Frame first like you did, then use it as a cast, and then cast some molten brass into the frame. They say metal frames are the best instead of plastic. Plus, I need to find the right-size drivers, as well as side rods, cylinders, etc. Then I also have the problem of making the body. I could either 3D print it, or go through a painful process of scratch building it with brass.
