I recall the track plan is very interesting in the area. I believe the track loops above the tank gaining elevation returning to a point almost above the tank. Photos in one of the Sundance RGS Volumes shows track looping almost back on itself. Wonder how similar the ROW construction on this portion of the RGS is to the track plan at whiplash and tanglefoot on the C&TS? Many years ago another contributor to this NGDF was given permission to access the tank and took several photos. The property the tank sits on was for sale at the time. I understand access is restricted for obvious reasons.
